The project will complete in Q4 2023 and double the company’s existing capacity
Bartek Ingredients has started construction on a vertically integrated facility the company claims will become the world’s largest malic and food grade fumaric acid production plant. When completed in Q4 2023, the $160m project will double the company’s capacity.
The company anticipates this growth in capacity will help it support continued market expansion for many years to come. The facility will also be expandable, enabling it to produce products such as buffer and fortification salts and additional volumes of malic and fumaric acid.
