ACG, leading global supplier of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will be exhibiting its extensive capsule range at CPhI Madrid 2018. The company is also proud to be debuting its new 'Capsules Dream 4D virtual reality ride'.
At this year’s show, ACG’s Capsules business will be displaying a wide range of hard gelatin Capsules for clinical trials and HPMC (cellulose) capsules developed to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical industry. These include their new Next-Gen HPMC (cellulose) capsules for enhancing product performance.
Other products on display will include capsules for liquid-fill and combination-fill applications which can be securely band-sealed and capsules for Dry Powder inhalation (DPI) applications to enable efficient puncturing and dose delivery.
ACG Films & Foils business will be showcasing a wide range of aluminium-based packaging solutions including - Alumpack- regulatory compliant cold form blister foils, alumid- Aluminium lidding foils and Child resistant and senior friendly foils. They will also showcase, specialty films like Suppose- Laminated films for suppositories and Unidose- Unit dose packaging films. Also, on display will be high barrier packaging solutions including Ultrasafe - ultra high barrier nextgen PVdC films, Dupac- PVC films coated with high- performance PVdC provides moderate to high moisture & oxygen barrier and Ecopac-a plasticiser-free, rigid PVC film.
To give a next-level view into capsule manufacturing from a truly unique angle, ACG is offering its 'Capsules Dream 4D Virtual Reality Ride', which will take the audience on an-end to-end experience of the capsules manufacturing journey. The video showcases the journey of a capsule - from the gelatine, to filling capsules, and finally into packaging in blister and cartons. It's a real-life roller coaster ride experience mimicking the movements of the powder and the capsule - and a real eye opener!
